What is Warrenkeep?
One place for the bills, renewals, tasks, documents, and maintenance items that make up everyday life admin — for the people, pets, vehicles, and home you look after. Tag a service provider on a vehicle, get reminded before a document expires, keep a real paper trail of what's been paid and when, and keep your saved logins and home inventory alongside it, all in one app instead of five half-tools and a shoebox of receipts.
Do I need an account?
No. Warrenkeep has no login, no account, and no signup of any kind. Open the app and start using it.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Everything you save and every reminder works without a connection, because your information lives on your device rather than a server. The only time the app goes online is to check a purchase of the optional Warrenkeep Unlimited unlock (buying it, or restoring it on a new phone). Calendar sync and PDF or spreadsheet export use your phone's own calendar and sharing tools, not a connection to us.
Is my data ever sent anywhere?
What you enter into Warrenkeep — items, documents, photos, profiles, saved logins — never leaves your device unless you personally choose to export and share it. The one exception is the optional Warrenkeep Unlimited purchase, which is confirmed online through our purchase service, RevenueCat: only a random app ID and purchase details are sent, never your information. What happens if I lose my device or it breaks?
Anything not backed up is lost — this is the direct trade-off of not requiring an account or cloud storage. Warrenkeep lets you export an encrypted backup file any time from Settings; keeping that somewhere safe (your own cloud drive, a computer, wherever you trust) is how you protect against this. The app also reminds you if it's been a while since your last backup. If you bought Warrenkeep Unlimited, you can restore that purchase for free from the unlock screen.
Is there a paid version?
Warrenkeep is free to download and use. The free version covers one person, vehicle, property, pet, and service provider, a starter home inventory, and unlimited bills, tasks, documents, and maintenance items, with reminders, backups, app lock, and saved logins included. Warrenkeep Unlimited is a single one-time purchase — never a subscription — that removes those limits and adds document scanning (beta), spreadsheet export, price-creep alerts, spending insights, and extra checklists. The price is shown in Google Play before you buy. Nothing you've already saved is ever hidden or deleted because of a limit.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Install Warrenkeep on the new phone, sign in to the same Google Play account you used to buy it, and use “Restore my purchase” on the Warrenkeep Unlimited screen in the app. Your saved information doesn't come along automatically — restore your backup file for that.
Why can't I take a screenshot of the app?
To protect your private information, the store version of Warrenkeep blocks screenshots and screen recordings, and shows a blank card in your phone's recent-apps view. This is on purpose, since the app can hold bills, documents, and saved logins.
How do I delete my data?
Delete items one at a time, use “Delete all data” in Settings, or uninstall the app. Because your information is only on your phone, we can't see it or delete it for you. If you'd like your purchase record deleted, email support@warrenkeep.com.
What platforms does Warrenkeep support?
Android. Warrenkeep is made for Android phones and is being released through Google Play. An iOS version may follow later.
Can my whole household share one Warrenkeep?
Not yet — right now Warrenkeep is single-device, single-person, by design, since that's what makes the no-account/no-cloud privacy guarantee possible. Household sharing is planned as a future addition.
