These terms are meant to be read the way they're written — plainly, and to actually reflect how Warrenkeep works. By downloading or using Warrenkeep, you agree to the terms below.

Who we are

Warrenkeep is made by Warmkeep L.L.C., an Iowa limited liability company (“we”). You can reach us at support@warrenkeep.com.

What Warrenkeep is

Warrenkeep is a personal organization app for tasks, bills, documents, vehicles, pets, your home, and the people you care for. It keeps your information on your device, with no account and no server of ours holding it. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your own backups (see the Privacy Policy for how backups work).

License to use the app

You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Warrenkeep on your own devices, for your own personal or household use. Warrenkeep is not intended for use by a business or professional or commercial caregiving service to keep records about clients or residents. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, or try to get around its purchase checks.

Information you save in the app

What Warrenkeep shows is only as current and accurate as what you typed in. It isn't medical, legal, financial, or professional advice, and it isn't a substitute for talking directly to a doctor, vet, insurer, or sitter. If you print, export, or share information from the app, you are responsible for who sees it and where it goes.

No warranty

Warrenkeep is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While care is taken to keep the app reliable and your data intact, Warrenkeep and its developer are not liable for any data loss, missed reminder, or other issue arising from use of the app — including, but not limited to, a forgotten manual backup, a missed notification due to your device's own battery-management or Do Not Disturb settings, or a permission you declined that a feature depends on.

Purchases

Warrenkeep is free to download and use, with limits. Warrenkeep Unlimited is an optional one-time purchase (not a subscription) that removes those limits and unlocks additional features. The price is shown in Google Play before you buy and may differ by country. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's own billing and refund policies, not ours directly. We use RevenueCat to confirm purchases and restore them on a new phone or after reinstalling; see the Privacy Policy for what that involves. We may change which features are free and which are part of Warrenkeep Unlimited in future versions, but anything you have already bought will keep working, and items you have already saved in the app will never be hidden or deleted because of a limit.

Your data, your responsibility

Because Warrenkeep stores everything locally on your device by design, losing your device, uninstalling the app, or a factory reset can permanently delete your data unless you've exported a backup yourself beforehand. This is a direct trade-off for not requiring an account or a server, and it's explained here so it's never a surprise. A purchase you made can be restored from Google Play; your saved information cannot, unless you have a backup.

Changes to the app or these terms

Warrenkeep may be updated over time, and these terms may be updated to reflect real changes to the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the current terms, which will always be posted here with an updated date.

Termination

You may stop using Warrenkeep at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app at any time, though — consistent with the local-only design — doing so would never delete data already stored on your device.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
