Warrenkeep

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 4, 2026

These terms are meant to be read the way they're written — plainly, and to actually reflect how Warrenkeep works. By downloading or using Warrenkeep, you agree to the terms below.

What Warrenkeep is

Warrenkeep is a personal organization app for tasks, bills, documents, and maintenance tracking. It runs entirely on your device, with no account and no server. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your own backups (see the Privacy Policy for how backups work).

License to use the app

You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Warrenkeep on your own devices, for your own personal or household use. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.

No warranty

Warrenkeep is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While care is taken to keep the app reliable and your data intact, Warrenkeep and its developer are not liable for any data loss, missed reminder, or other issue arising from use of the app — including, but not limited to, a forgotten manual backup, a missed notification due to your device's own battery-management settings, or a permission you declined that a feature depends on.

Purchases

Some features may be offered through a one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google Play's own refund and billing policies, not ours directly. The free features of Warrenkeep are intended to remain free for individual use.

Your data, your responsibility

Because Warrenkeep stores everything locally on your device by design, losing your device, uninstalling the app, or a factory reset can permanently delete your data unless you've exported a backup yourself beforehand. This is a direct trade-off for not requiring an account or a server, and it's explained here so it's never a surprise.

Changes to the app or these terms

Warrenkeep may be updated over time, and these terms may be updated to reflect real changes to the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the current terms, which will always be posted here with an updated date.

Termination

You may stop using Warrenkeep at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app at any time, though — consistent with the local-only design — doing so would never delete data already stored on your device.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
